Calum Mackenzie was born at 1.59am on the 4th February 2011. His mother Margaret died just over four hours later at 6.20am. She was 37 years old. She was my wife for just over 12 years. Calum suffered severe oxygen starvation and it was touch and go whether he would survive. This blog will record his progress. Calum has 4 siblings (ages at time of writing): Jane 11; Mark 10; Sarah 8; Paul 6.

ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful to see such a happy wee boy, Derick. He certainly isn't slow to respond is he? I'm tempted to say I'm amazed, but why should I be? People from all over the world have remembered Calum, indeed all of you, before the Throne of Grace. It's a humbling reminder of my own lack of faith every time I see the Lord ANSWER prayer. May He continue to sustain you, and bless you all according to His riches in Christ Jesus! Jenny
